He is survived by: his children, Carla Boggs (Wayne), Brenda Adkins, Mark Hungerford and Michael Adkins (Amy); his daughter-in-law Marge Adkins; his sister Boncil Stollar; his grandchildren, Sarah Adkins, Nicole Willard (Andre), Brandon Boggs (Kailen), Brian Adkins, Delaney Adkins and Brayden Adkins; and his great grandchildren, Aisley and Ashton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
