She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Hunter and Charles Hunter; and her brothers, Bob, Melvin and Steven.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas Harper; her daughters, Pamela Townsend (Derek), Tracy Burton (John Mark) and Kimberly Schwab (Kiev); her grandchildren, Sam, Bradley (Alexandra), Adam, Jacob, Jared, David, Stacy (David), Cory and Kameron; her great grandchildren, Jonah, Mia, Levi, August, Tristan and Delilah; her brother Gregory Hunter (Darlina) of Kings Bay, GA.; her niece Heather Crampton (Alicia); and her great-nephews, Pax, Cameron and Allen. She is also survived by mother and brothers and raising her three daughters.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Alzheimer's Foundation in Charlotte's memory.
