He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lyle and Dora Louise Pittman (Nelson); his brother Robert "Bob" Pittman; and his niece Brenda Pittman Foster. He is survived by: his wife Dora Rose "Aunt Daisy" Pittman (Jeffery); his brother Lyle "Ed" Pittman (Donna); and his nieces, Sandra Brewer (John), Diana Buchert (Don), Trina Fauvie (Ron) and Heidi Parizeau (Mike).

It was Fred's wishes that any memorial donations be made to Ravenna Assembly of God, 6401 State Route 14, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
