She was predeceased by: her parents, Norf Nelson and Alma Nelson (Waggoner); her husband Russell "Bud" Bell; and her children, Jimmy Bell and Norma Boesiger.
She is survived by: her children, Willie Bell (Sandy), Cindy Arvoy, Rose Jones and Gary Bell (Ashley); her grandchildren, Jessica Bell, Jimmy Bell, Jeff Bell, Krystal Hink, Joshua Russ, Jason Nutter, Chassidy Jones, Courtney Jones and Aubree Bell; her great grandchildren, Shyanna, Shaylah, Xavier, Dominic, Summer, Bricon, Mason, Madison, Cecelia and Rosalee; and her sister Rosetta Goodnight.
