He is survived by: his parents, Darrell Clem and Sonya Dailey; his wife Stayce Tylicki; his pet Cali; and his grandparents, Elizabeth Williams, Terry Clem, Patricia and Ron Mlynar. He is also survived by his friends, family, nieces, nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ravenna Eagles (812 Cleveland Rd, Ravenna, OH 44266).
