He is survived by: his wife Sheila Davis Puckett; his children, Melissa Altman (Tim) of McDermott, Shirley Puckett of McDermott, Brandy Flack Puckett of Portsmouth, Eric Flack (Sara) of Portsmouth, Katrina Puckett Craft (Michael) of McDermott, Dustin Puckett of McDermott, Shawn Puckett of McDermott, Austin Davis of Waverly, Weston Howard of Missouri, Dalton Puckett of Rarden, Randon Puckett of Rarden and Joslyn Puckett of Rarden; his stepson Warren Davis of Rarden; his siblings, Sonny Puckett of McDermott, Michael Puckett of McDermott, Nick Puckett of McDermott, Chris Puckett (Olivia Bishop) of McDermott, Cindy Puckett of Portsmouth, Shirley Rigsby (John Bond) of Waverly, Amanda Puckett (Greg Conley) of Waverly and Carrie Puckett of Lucasville; and his mother-in-law Joslyn Davis of Rarden. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
