He is survived by: his children, Dale, Jr., Kristy and Matt; his stepchildren, Lora Stevenson (Randy) and Eddie Toller (Misty); his grandchildren, Ricky Kennedy, Kaitlin Toller, Jerlin Toller and Gracelin Toller; and his siblings, Elmer, Ronnie and Ruth.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home - Otway (6500 OH-348, Otway, OH 45657). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at the Hackworth Hill Cemetery.
