With profound sadness, we say goodbye to George E. Jobe of Randolph, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. George left this world on September 24, 2024 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. For George is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Jobe and Blanche K. Jobe (Loomis); his wife Marietta V.; and his sister Norma Warner. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen A. Loughry (Hal) and George D. Jobe (Connie); and his grandchildren, Daniel Loughry (Kelsey), Mark Loughry (Rachel), Craig Loughry (Brianna) and Charlotte Wadsworth (Shawn). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (3636 Waterloo Rd, Randolph, OH 44265).
