She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Phelps and Madaline Phelps (Hamon); her daughter Carla Jean Wright; and her siblings, Mary Ellen Phelps, Bud Phelps and Cheryl Webb (Mike).
She is survived by: her husband Bob Chafin; her children, Barb Taylor (Tim) and Rick Lane (Whitney); her granddaughter Anastasia Lane; and her sisters, Margaret France (Lawerence), Dorothy Jones and Angela Kelly (Kenny). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be directed towards Pleasant Hill Free Will Baptist Church.
