He is survived by: his parents, Jason Smothers and Jessica Smothers (Bates) of Radnor; his brothers, Jack and Jake of Radnor; his grandparents, Doug, Cindy Bates, Ken Smothers (Deb) and Caroline Smothers; and his uncles, Chris Bates (Julie), Greg Bates (Laurie), Arlie Ward and Johnnie Smothers. He is also survived by numerous cousins and countless friends.
