He is survived by: his wife Christine Colby; his children, Terry Baxter (Gerri), Jennifer White (Rick), Columbus, Barry Baxter (Shari), Bill Hughes (Karen Cimiluea), Eric Hughes, Marion and Tammy (Todd); and his siblings, Bryan Baxter and Marianne Marlor. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren.
