He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Harsh and Mildred Harsh; his son Tim Harsh (Elizabeth) of Radnor; his siblings, Dale Harsh and Caryl Ann Mahaffey; his close friend Pat Carr of Delaware; his wife Kay Harsh of Prospect; and his sister Margaret Scherer.
