He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Wally" Stover and Elizabeth Hoschar Stover; his significant other Mary J. Stover; his siblings, Leonard Stover (June), Paul Stover (Wanda), Altie Farmer and Irene Johnson (Butch); his parents-in-law, Wayne and Ada Rowe; and his brothers-in-law, Butch Sellers, Ed Sellers, Johnny Ray Sellers and Drew Fisher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherrie Branham (Bryan) of Pomeroy, Kayla Stover (Roger Hook) of Racine and Meghan Stover (Dave Milliron) of Racine; his grandchildren, Brandon Branham, Brad Branham, Jessika Branham and Alexandria Hook; his sister Belva Fisher of Ravenswood, WV.; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Sellers, Arlene Sellers, Debbie Smith, Ernie Sellers, Steve Sellers and Gene Sellers. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Racine Chapel (823 Elm St, Racine, OH 45771).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the William Stover Memorial Fund, C/O Cremeens-King Funeral Home.
