He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul O. Ervin and Wilma E. Bell Ervin; and his brothers, Donald Wayne "Buck" Ervin and Paul Eugene Ervin. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Cunningham Ervin; his children, Stacey Woolard (Aaron) of Pomeroy and Dustin Ervin (Chasiti) of Lovellette, WV; his grandchildren, Jesse, Trenton Woolard, Bennett, Gavin and Grady Ervin; his nephew Jason Ervin (Jodi); his sister-in-law Mona Ervin; his niece Kellie Neece (Chris); and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Lee (Larry), Sue Smith (Robert), Francis Foster (John), Mary Shuler (David) and Michael Cunningham (Karen).
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cremeens Funeral Home (823 Elm St, Racine, OH 45771). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
