He was predeceased by: his parent Oval Diddle; and his siblings, Marilyn Powell, Carolyn Adams, Adira Dials, Bernard Diddle, Waid Diddle, Ralf Diddle and Donald Diddle.

He is survived by: his parent Sarah Roush Diddle; his wife Pamela Cleek Diddle; and his sons, James Diddle (Linda) of Racine, Shawn Diddle (Amy) of Racine, Chad Diddle (Natasha) of Racine and Justin Diddle of Racine.
