Larkins (Neil Stewart) of Portland Ohio; her stepsons, Hugh "Logan" Ballard of Ripley, WV. and Chase Ballard of Ripley, WV.; and her granddaughters, Jaden D. (Jillian S. Proffitt), Josie L. Perry of Bainbridge, OH and Pam.
