She is survived by: her parent Lucille Manley King; her husband Edwin F. Neutzling; her daughter Cynthia Kaspy of Racine; her granddaughter Chloe Kaspy; and her siblings, Arland King (Martha) of Pomeroy, Barbara Payne (Thomas) of Middleport and Kathy Elias of Langsville.
