He is survived by: his mother Patricia Simpson (McWilliams); his wife Debbie Cook (Caldwell); his daughters, Alexis Cook of Parkersburg and Michaela Richards (Brandon) of Parkersburg; his granddaughter LeeAnna Richards; his sisters, Barbara Scannell of Texas, Patricia Landrum of Texas and Diane Cox of Texas; his stepsons, Jeremy and Wesley Harmon (Hannah); and his stepgrandchildren, John, Reba, Lydia, Tanner, Colton and Zachary. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
