It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Triplett of Racine, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father David Triplett; and his grandparents, Norman Evans, Morgan, Mary Triplett and Merle Evans.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Evans (Rick Durst) of Apaka; his brothers, Nick Triplett of Portland, Terry Triplett of New Haven, WV. and Timothy "T. J."; his grandmother Kathryn Evans; his aunts and uncles, Norma Evans (Paul), Sandy William (Bill), Jo Ann Evans (Danny Pickens), Norman "Bub" Evans and Larry Triplett; his cousins, Holly Evans, Paul Evans, Levi Williams, Brandon Triplett (Jennifer), Sean Williams and Catlynn Ross; his niece Haley Triplett; and his stepdaughters, Jasmine, Tonya and Elizabeth Forester.
