He is survived by: his parents, Michael Warner and Sheila Warner of Racine, Ohio.; his sister Jenny Nottingham (Joseph); his nieces, Riley and Aubrey Nottingham; his nephew Dylan Nottingham; his aunts, Amber Findley (David), Connie Saunders (Rusty), Jill Pugh (Alan), Annie Robertson, Sharon Logan (Kevin), Beverly Roush and Teresa Young (Tracy); and his close friends, Edwin Neutzling, Kevin Slater, Jon Wilson and John Witherell.
