She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harold and Minnie Susan Ramey Chattin; and her husband Jerry Powell. She is survived by: her children, James F. Powell (Debra K.) of Reedsville, OH, Juanita Ginther (Jeff) of Racine, OH and Crystal Baker (Tim) of Logan, OH; and her sister Jeanette Baldwin (Johnny) of Chillicothe, OH.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
