She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Banks and Thelma Cadle Banks (Conard). She is survived by: her daughters, Fonda Thomas (Dan) and Jacqueline Fields (Jerry); her grandchildren, Danielle George (Anthony), Michelle Rykowski (Joe), Kayla Smith (Josh), Heather Binnig (Sam) and Ryan Nave; her great grandchildren, Trey, Hiley George, Leighla, Joslynn Rykowski, Audrionna, Josiah Smith, Emerson, Makenna Binnig and Braxton Nave; and her siblings, Alice Elliott (Jack), Sharon Dean (Butch), Bonnie Lightfoot (Butch), Larry Banks (Jane) and Albert Banks (Sandy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Silver Run Baptist Church in Cheshire, Ohio.
