He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ross Cummins; his son Richard Cummins (Michelle) of Racine; his grandchildren, Chandler Cummins, Dylan Cummins, Makynzee Cummins, Dalton Cummins and Justin Cummins; and his siblings, Jack Cummins of Racine, Russell Cummins of Racine, Hazel Roy of Racine and Evelyn Stewart of Mason.
