It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Miller of Racine, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on October 4, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Dean and Keitha Ann Aeiker Whitlatch; her siblings, Harlan Whitlatch, Jr. and Kelly Lee; and her grandparents, Delores, Keith Aeiker, Opal and Lawrence Whitlatch.
She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Delacruz of Racine; her grandchildren, Trenton Delacruz (Madison Lucas), Caitlynn Delacruz (Derek Wheeler) and Logan Jeffers; her great grandchild Harper Wheeler; her brother Mike Whitlatch (Robin) of Pomeroy; her close friend Cheryl Smith; and her pets, Karma, Luka, Cujo, Bus and Baby.
