He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Caldwell (Christina), Jeff Caldwell (Alisa) and Jodi Fisher; his grandchildren, Jesse, Xander, Katie, Ella and Connor; his brother Howard Caldwell; and his nephews, Troy Guthrie and Howie Caldwell.
