He is survived by: his brother-in-law Marvin Nelson; his son Jeremiah A. Bolyard; his wife Susan Alderman Bolyard of St. Albans; his daughters, Rachel [Phil Staten] Bolyard, Jennifer [Dave] Kramer and Jessica Bolyard; his stepson Jimmy [Janelle] Bendervich; his grandchildren, MacKenzie Lynn Bolyard, Derek Bendervich and William Bendervich; his siblings, Martha [Ronald] Brame, Dennis [April] Bolyard, Debbie [Jim] Proctor, Barb Nelson and John Bolyard; and his friends, Alan Starkey and Rick Farley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
