He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Melissa Barker, Trina Smith, Eric Larkins and Christopher Smith; his sister Betty Barker Adkins of Garrettsville; his granddaughters, Sierra, Cheyenne Barker (Shiney), Alyssa (Chickadee), Kylie Smith (Scoot), Ava (Smiley) and Everly Larkins (Wild Child); and his pet Sand.
