He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas B. Cleland and Geraldine Roush Cleland; and his siblings, Charles Cleland and Barbara Cleland Gheen. He is survived by: his sister Alice Williams (Chuck); his sister-in-law Viola Cleland; his stepson Ted Conn (Erin) of Baltimore; his grandchildren, Cherish Stevens of Elizabeth Conn and Jackson Conn; and his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Bradford (Anthony), Michael Gheen (Janine), Danny Gheen (Randi), Timmy Gheen (Brey), Charlie Cleland (Heather), Andrea Seidt (Rich), Holly Cleland, Shannon Williams, Corey Williams (Sherry), Adam Williams (Sheena) and Tiffany Williams (Jesse).
