He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Slaven (Jamie) and Megan Swisher (Brad); his siblings, Vern, Johnny, Dee and Patty; and his aunt Rita Slavin of Syracuse. He is also survived by cousins, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and close friends.
