He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Floyd, Addie Cummins and James Ross. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Edward "Sam" and Nancy A. Ross Cummins; his children, Chandler "Chan" Cummins of Racine, Dylan Cummins of Albermarle, N. C. and Makynzee Cummins of Albermarle, N. C.; his grandmother Betty Ross of Racine; his brother Richard Cummins (Michelle) of Racine; and his nephews, Dalton Cummins (Hailey) and Just Cummins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
