She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Boring and Elsie Gray Boring; her husband Charles Norris; her sons-in-law, Nick Ihle and Bill Baldinger; and her siblings, Ed Boring and Kay Dickens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana L. Ihle of Racine, Sandra K. Baldinger of Kennewick, Debra A. McKnight (Keith) of Fairmont and Linda S. McVey (Tom) of Charleston, WV.; her grandchildren, Nikki Whobrey, C. J. McKnight (Courtnie), Kristen Wuttig (Jani), Ashli Giles (Aaron), Erin Stachura (Paul), Jenna Wonsettler (Joe), Meghan Beha (Scott) and Tim Baldinger; her great grandchildren, Carter McKnight, Mikaila Wuttig, Addison Wuttig, Avery Stachura, Charlie Wonsettler, Caylee McKnight, Landon Beha, Corinne Stachura, Olivia Beha, Jocelyn Wonsettler, Jaeger Wonsettler, Zoey Wuttig, Brant Stachura and Luke Giles; and her siblings, Garnett Horton of Fort Lauderdale, Genny Gillenwater (Bill) of Hillard, Joyce Bussart (Dave) of Columbus and Sonny Boring (Charlotte) of Wooster.
