Eber Pickens Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eber Pickens of Racine, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 20, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eber Pickens and Goldie Haire Pickens; and his sisters, Hazel Sellers and Effie Pickens. He is survived by: his wife Delora "Dee" Barnette Pickens; his stepchildren, Douglas Barnette of Parkersburg, WV and Traci O'Neil of Cottageville, WV; his stepgrandchildren, Trina Gaston, Kasie Trickett, Mallory Clark, Robbie O'Neil, Cody O'Neil and Zack O'Neil; and his nieces, Debbie Arnott and Angie George. He is also survived by 8 step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the First United Pentecostal Church of Ravenswood (3340 Hemlock Rd, Ravenswood, WV 26164). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
