It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Rae Enslen of Racine, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on August 16, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Ray Williams and Iris Winebrenner Williams; her son Clay Enslen (Ashlee); her grandchildren, Eva, Mya and Ana; and her siblings, Rocky Williams (Terri), Penny Knapp and Mark Williams (Deanna).
