He is survived by: his children, Lisa Smith (Larry) of Racine, Randy Warner (Kitty Ramsey) of Racine and Michael Warner of Racine; his grandchildren, Angie Evans (Rodney), Jaime Banks (Gary), Jason Warner, Cassandra "Sandi" Smith and Matthew Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Amanda Ashworth and Ashley Ashworth; his great grandchildren, Tyler Evans, Trevor Evans, Trenton Evans, Avery Banks, Taylor Cottrill, Jace Smith and Tinzley Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Louise Warner of Florida, Joan Roberts of Gallipolis, Donna Fiske (John) of Columbus, Lena Lashbrooke (Jim) of Columbus, Ohio. and Alan Neville of Columbus.
