She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard B. Rowe and Rowena Rhodes Rowe; her husband Dennis; and her brothers, Wayne and Raymond Rowe.
She is survived by: her children, Troy Manuel (Shelley) and Denise Manuel; her grandchildren, Andrew Coffman (Sarah), Anthony Coffman (Casey) and Emily Robertson (Nick); her great grandchildren, Braden Coffman, Kalyn Harter, Kaden Harter, Keith Harter III, Paisley Coffman, Caroline Coffman, Rhett Coffman, Izabelle Robertson and Ezekiel Robertson; and her siblings, Paul Rowe (Rose), Betty Vanmeter, Yvonne Persinger, Eunice Wilson and Polly Gilbride. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
