She was predeceased by: her brother Thomas Michael Reed Theiss; and her grandparents, Arthur, Ester Sylvester, Charles and Bonnie Theiss.

She is survived by: her parents, Pamela Sylvester Theiss and Thomas Theiss (Sheila); her husband Jason Smith; her sons, Tyler Mcvay (Cassie), Weston Smith, Brad Smith (Cyndal), Cody Smith (Georganna) and Levi Smith; her grandchildren, Carson, Keldon, Addison, Kiera, Ethan and Stella; her sisters, Jessica Snoke (Jordan) and Tammy Grueser (Kelley); and her parents-in-law, Shirley Bucher (Leo) and Ernie Smith. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and friends.
