She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Weaver and Ruth Weaver (Monday); her daughter Crystal Caudill; and her sisters, Sharon Kay Weaver and Tammy Weaver.

She is survived by: her husband Bruce Kuck; her grandson Brycen Caudill; and her brothers, Joe Weaver, Mike Weaver, David Weaver (Mary) and Jeff Weaver (Judy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
