She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil T. Briggs and Mary M. Briggs (Brown); and her husband Stephen Anthony Bell. She is survived by: her children, David Bell, Tony Bell (Desiree) and Rhonda Geuy (Chad); and her sister Donna Roby. She is also survived by four step grandchildren.
