We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2021, at the age of 72, Jimmy Elkins of Quincy, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jerome and Esther Mae Elkins (Carter); his stepfather Lee F. Groves; his brothers, Harold J. "Bud" Elkins II and Marion T. "Sonny" Elkins; and his brother-in-law Milton R. "Milt" Watts.

He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Conley (Jason) of Raeford and Jonathan David Elkins of Quincy; his grandchildren, Daniel Allan Conley and Bethany Ann Conley; his sisters, Doris Stump (Steve), Betty Watts, Judy Atkins and Mary Liebhart (Rick); and his sister-in-law Emily Elkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
