He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmer Wayne and Mildred Harriett Watkins (Randolph); his son James Frank Watkins Jr.; and his daughter-in-law Leatha C. Watkins (Kendall). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Sylvia Faith Bigler (Craig), Jeanette Turley (Michael), Ronald Bigler (Kristy), Geoffrey Bigler (Ashley), Christina Bigler, Kevin Sadler (Brittany) and Kyle Sadler; and his great grandchildren, Verity Bigler, Augie Bigler, Hadley Bigler, Quinn Bigler, Patrick Sadler, Liam Sadler and Callum Sadler.
