He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Alan and Eva Louise Arnett (Hulsmeyer); and his brother John Arnett. He is survived by: his wife Joy Eileen Arnett (Bishop); his children, Daniel Arnett (Reana), Randall Arnett (Jennifer), Andrew Arnett (Kristen) and Amy Allsop (Nicholas); his sisters, Joyce Leiss and Janet Garcia (Robert); and his sister-in-law Sue Arnett. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
