He is survived by: his wife Josephine Herford (McKinney); his children, Eugene Jr. "Jay" Herford (Annie), Laurie Brown (Rick), Rhonda Herford and Melissa Herford (Andy McComas); and his siblings, Cecil Herford and Donna Dahlke. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and many friends.
