It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charity Smith of Quincy, Ohio, born in Whitley City, Kentucky, who passed away on October 18, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Tucker and Sarah Tucker (Marrow); her husband Robert L. "Bob" Smith; and her children, Sarah Hilgefort, Randy and Curtis Long.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Dawson (Norris), David Barr, John Long (Joann), Tim Long (Donna), Sharon Colley (John) and Terri Smith (Bill Davis); and her sisters, Frona Standley and Regina Saunders. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Dayton Children's Hospital and Shriner's Hospital in honor of Charity Mae Smith.
