It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty E. Cantrell of Quincy, Ohio, born in Welch, West Virginia, who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Newcomb and Lilly Newcomb (Richardson); her husband Ernest E. Cantrell; her son Jeff Cantrell; her granddaughter Melissa Leonard; and her siblings, Grace Gibson, Anna Bell Lane, Josephine Rose, Delbert Smith and Melvin Newcomb.

She is survived by: her children, Robin King of Quincy, Laura Dalton (Donald) of Quincy and Scott Cantrell (Kim) of Tipp City, Ohio; her grandchildren, Tonya Richardson (Shawn), Josh King (Melissa), Derrick Cantrell (Jasmine), Drew Dixon (Chelsey), Jeremiah King, Daniel Cantrell, Blaine Dixon (Kerri), Lukeus Dalton, Max Koehler and Wes Koehler; her great grandchildren, Winnter, Hannah, Alivia, Zowie, Garrison, Liam, Blaire, Reid and Grace; her great great grandchild Iris; and her sister Helen Godsey of Tennessee.
