She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pequignot and Irma Pequignot (Evans); and her sister Helen Detwiler. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Carter (Ann) of Cincinnati, Patrick Carter (Wendy) of Botkins and Stacy Carter (Denielle) of Wapakoneta; her grandchildren, Michael, Noah, Andrew, Daniel, Kierstin, Kayla and Bryce; and her siblings, George Pequignot (Sharon) of DeGraff, Shirley Cornely of Worthington and Bill Pequignot of Russells Point.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Logan County Cancer Society in Agnes' memory.
