He is survived by: his wife Martha Collins (Markee); his children, Dale Collins of Quaker City, Debra Brown of New Concord and Evelyn Collins of Quaker City; his grandchildren, Dustin Gabel of Quaker City and Danielle Wamer of Quaker City; and his great grandchildren, Jayden Gabel of Beallsville, Kane Fairchild of Quaker City and Weston Wamer of Quaker City.
