It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Overholt of Quaker City, Ohio, born in Hartville, Ohio, who passed away on July 31, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Overholt and Mattie Overholt (Byler); his former wife Mary Esther Graber; his daughter Faith Elaine Miller (Overholt); and his brothers, Leonard, Paul, Mark and Merle Overholt.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Overholt (Wittmer) of Quaker City; his children, Regina Hope Weaver (Ray) of Brevard, NC., Charity Sue Troyer (Dave) of Millersburg, Durrell Overholt (Zonya) of Hartville and Daniel Overholt (Tina) of Barberton; his son-in-law Mark Miller (Brenda) of Homeworth; and his sisters, Mary Wagler (Roman) of Hartville and Sadie Troyer (Cal) of Quaker City. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
