He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Waugh (Jenkins); his children, Kevin Waugh of Quaker City and Renada Ballengee of Salesville; his brothers, Chester Waugh (Wanda) of Ironton, Hilbert Waugh of Ironton, Carl Waugh (Alma) of Florida and Gary Waugh of Columbus; and his grandsons, Jason Grady Jr. and Jonathan Albaugh.
