It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vicky Faye Starr of Quaker City, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenny Fogle and Virginia Fogle (Watson). She is survived by: her husband Richard Starr; her children, James Starr of Quaker City and Stephanie Neuhart of Old Washington; her siblings, Bill Fogle (Judy) of Cambridge and Brenda Smith (Bob) of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Olivia Neuhart, Nick Neuhart and Logan Starr; and her pets, Jack and Jazzy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.

Friends and family are welcome, but due to COVID-19 please take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and everyone else's should you decide to attend.
