She is survived by: her husband Richard Starr; her children, James Starr of Quaker City and Stephanie Neuhart of Old Washington; her siblings, Bill Fogle (Judy) of Cambridge and Brenda Smith (Bob) of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Olivia Neuhart, Nick Neuhart and Logan Starr; and her pets, Jack and Jazzy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
