He is survived by: his wife Dawn Smith-Huggins Sewell; his children, Rebecca Cain, Angela Pulley, Sara Sewell, Steven Huggins (Candace), James Huggins (Cay) and Thomas Huggins (Julie); his grandchildren, Liberti, Jocelyn, Reagan, James, Ethan, Darin, Kaylie, Nathan, Kourtney, Olivia, Gabrielle, Thomas, Brianna, Felicia and Robert; his brothers, Kevin Quigley and Matthew Quigley; and his pets, Cisco, Chuck, Champ, Fifi, Jax and Koda. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
